PLEASE NOTE: The application process (for any financing amount) requires submission of the following documents: a copy of your driver’s license, a copy of a voided business check, and the last four (4) months of business bank statements. These documents are required to proceed and must be provided with your application. Do you accept these requirements?

However, for financing requests of $250,000 and above, the application process additionally requires submission of (1): your business’s current YTD balance sheet, (2): your business's YTD profit and loss (P&L) statement, (3): your business’s prior year business tax return, (4): your business’s most recent 12 months of bank statements, and (5): a copy of your current lease agreement (or property deed).
